Experience in manufacturing/engineering environment
Leadership skills
Familiar with project/production planning tracking tools and metrics.
Must be able to effectively flow down goals into measurable tasks to subordinates and manage organizational performance.
Solid Foundry engineering experience
Solid Foundry process understanding (patterns moulding coating assembly etc.)

Expectations in the position
It is expected that the PE & Lean Manger can support Technology in the processes design and is responsible for its implementation in close cooperation with the BTI production team to secure an optimum between costs and performance (HSEQ).
Deadlines are met to secure archievement of project plan and deliveries to customers.
Related T&E needed for the process are defined and/or designed as agreed in the project.
The PE & Lean Manger keeps knowledge of new trends in foundry technology up to date by discussion with suppliers participations in different exhibitions and lectures and sharing among colleagues.
