HR Strategies in line with Business Talent Management Training & Development Developing & Implementing HR Practices Polices & Procedures Performance & Leadership Management Organization Development Employee Welfare.
  1. Organization Development:
  1. Play a key role in developing HR Strategies in line with the business strategy.
  2. Develop implement and manage strategies for organizational development aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  3. Assess organizational needs through data analysis surveys and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Participating & analyzing the survey reports visaaview organization positions and suggesting management on corrective actions.
  4. Design and execute change management initiatives including restructuring culture transformation and process improvement.
  5. Relook at organization structure in line with the business strategy. Annual revisiting of Job descriptions & Position evaluations.
  6. Facilitate organizational effectiveness by improving communication teamwork and employee engagement.
  7. Implement regular feedback mechanisms such as surveys suggestion boxes or oneonone meetings to gather employee opinions concerns and suggestions for improvement.
  1. Training & Development:
  1. Design the training philosophy which is aligned to the business needs.
  2. Designing and oversee the training and development programs tailored to employees needs at various levels within the organization.
  3. Identify training needs by evaluating employee performance skills gaps and career development aspirations.
  4. Implement gamified learning experiences or challenges to make training and development more engaging and enjoyable for employees.
  5. Designing & Developing the annual training calendar various training initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with department heads to implement various training programs and mentorship initiatives.
  7. Take initiatives in digitalization of Training & development process
  1. Employee Engagement:
  1. Plan & Organize employee engagement activities across management staff at all locations.
  2. Plan teambuilding exercises or outings that encourage collaboration communication and bonding among team members. This might include offsite retreats team sports events or volunteer activities
