This is a unique opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up in a startup environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Craft and execute a holistic marketing strategy encompassing digital content and direct marketing efforts.
  
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  
• Identify and target key market segments to maximize reach and effectiveness
  
• Develop a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
  
• Create engaging content for our website blog social media and marketing materials
  
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
  
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  
• Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and ROI adjusting strategies as necessary
  
• Represent Fibmesh Neu at industry events conferences and networking gatherings
  
• Organize webinars and online events to showcase our products and thought leadership.
  
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitor strategies and customer needs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing & Communications or related field
  
• 3 years of relevant work experience in the marketing centric role preferably in a tech startup or IT sector.
  
• Excellent communication skills content creation and writing skills
  
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing social media and emerging marketing trends.
  
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics CRM software)
  
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and creatively
  
• A portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
  
• Excited to be part of a growing startup & selfmotivated to thrive without corporate structure
  
• Ability to multitask & work as an Individual Contributor Role
