Manager - Legal - Real Estate

• Scrutinize title verification and provide legal opinion on property matters taking care of different projects;
• Draft and vet land acquisition documents MoUs Agreements Powers of Attorney Deeds Sale and/or Construction Agreements for end users Allotment letters Declarations Indemnity Rent/Lease/Leave & License Agreements Service Agreements etc.;
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolving queries/issues of customers banks etc.;
• Should have knowledge of litigation procedure drafting of plaints and be aware of court process;
• Should possess knowledge on legal research/citations etc.
• Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment to the organization;
• Accept and tackle demanding goals work longer hours when necessary and identify opportunities for progressing to more challenging roles;
• Preserve all the documents within the department courts records etc.;
• Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills;
• Team player excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction with the internal and external stakeholders;
• Must have worked in Real Estate and/or Construction company(ies);
