Eligibility Criterion Graduate / Postgraduate with 79 years experience in training sales professionals in managerial role.
Remuneration Offered CTC up to INR 10 LPA CTC

1. The Job includes extensive traveling to mapped locations.
2. The job is 6 days working with the second Saturday of the month as fixed Off.
3. The job includes training and development of Sales Professionals on Mortgage and Insurance products.


Overview:

The Manager Learning and Development is a key role within the organization responsible for creating and implementing learning and development strategies to support the growth and success of the company. This role plays a crucial part in identifying training needs designing and delivering effective learning programs and ensuring the continuous development of employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives
  • Identify training needs through consultation with stakeholders and performance evaluations
  • Design and deliver effective learning programs workshops and training sessions
  • Manage the learning and development budget and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards in all training and development initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary improvements
  • Provide coaching mentoring and support to employees and managers on learning and development matters
  • Collaborate with external training providers educational institutions and industry experts
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive learning culture and employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in learning and development training or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and impactful training programs
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and elearning platforms
  • Certifications in training and development are advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
