JOB SUMMARY

Our client is in search of two (2) Managers in the Los Angeles area who will immediately provide significant contributions to the agencys revenue growth and future. The Manager will be responsible for constant client communication to connect with clients to ensure that we have all guidelines and assets to complete the Brand Guidelines and proactively prepares team leaders to resolve client issues and recommends solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting client contact and involves agency management as needed

Responsible for producing majority of work from start to finish with strategic direction from Leadership and administrative support from Director Coordinator Assistant or Intern

Actively lead manage and motivate coordinators through possible opportunities to improve client results team effort and account profitability

Identify capabilities and develop skills traits needed for coordinator assistant and interns for team success

Awareness of industry trends and news; keeping up on Ad Age Business Insider etc. articles relevant to industry

Collects and analyzes data making recommendations to team lead and team members on projects

Responsible for Project Management timelines proposals tasks briefs invoices and costs

Oversees and fully understands how to use assigned software; provides higher level insights on any assigned specialty focus software

Gathers research materials and deliverables for proposals and presentations

Oversee and make sure that content is in appropriate recap decks and Canva one sheets to be sent to Director before being shared with the client

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or related discipline strongly preferred or equivalent experience preferred
• 3 years of proven project experience within a brand and/or agency environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset selfmotivated resourceful innovative forwardthinking accountable
• Deeprooted relationships with brands marketing and advertising agencies
• Excels in a fast paced environment
• Strong written and oral presentation expertise
• Experience building and leading teams within a broader organization
• Exceptional communicator
• Ability to navigate a complex organization
• Willingness/ability to travel as needed

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: $83240.00/year

Schedule:

Office Hours: (8:30am to 5:30pm PST)

Monday to Friday additional hours during the week and weekend as needed

Work Location: Redondo Beach CA
