1. Support to production Admin Accounts SCM & Warehouse Team for any technical help in Expand.
2. Training and support of Expand ERP to all Existing and new users. Training of Routing and transfer entries to SCM team existing and new users.
3. Providing help in MIS &reporting to various teams. Provided stock of books tablet to management as per requirement.
4. Code Creation and Correction for Books Mittlearn Digital content B2C product any new product etc.
5. Solve the issues which is generated the time to time in repeat of entries of stock transfer and routing and other modules like: CRM Sales Order Accounts Admin Purchase.
6. Any updating and changes in format of ERP and reporting in expand ERP and any other changes leaded by self as per requirement of other department. Do the work of admin panel like: Credential creation permission activity store creation making new combination of trees etc.
7. Help in coordination between sales and IT team for issues related to tablets
8. SO vs DN vs INV Dashboard of infintiy School list report
9. Packing and Dispatching & Stock maintenance in expand & Stock maintenance in expand ERP of Tablet and School at home
