Manager- Costing and Audit

• Design costing systems and implement processes to effectively monitor and control the plant operating cost
• Analyze the plant cost daily and take action to reduce/optimize the operating cost
• Analyse batchwise production and reconcile the input/output ratio is within the standard norms
• Analyse process loss for each batch and take action for the batch/orders that have deviations from the standard norms.
• Visit plant and conduct Stock verification and report nonmoving items spillage deviation with books stock and take action for correcting the same.
• Monitor stock holding from yarn to grey to finished fabric and take action to ensure there are no stocks held beyond the desired holding levels
• Monitor Bill of Material and control purchases against budget
• Raise debit alert for any stocks not consumed or lifted by the client.
• Design and Implement a process to ensure best practices.
