Prime Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting
- Expertise in maintaining books of accounts.
- Filing tax returns of Highnetworth individuals (HNI s) having income under the head salaryHP Capital Gains Speculation and Profit & Gains of Business or Profession (PGBP).
- Maintaining books of accounts (For rental income).
- Able to file various returns (For rental income)i.e. TDS GST MSME etc.
- Expertise in preparation of balance sheet as per Accounting Standards Ind AS IFRS.
- Working knowledge of consolidation of accounts.
- Supervision of foreign subsidiaries of Indian companies.
- Willing to go to Dubai to oversee the subsidiary.
Note: Any other task as assigned by the HOD/Management under the scope of your activities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Qualified CA
- Finance or accounting or equivalent business experience and 57 years of progressively responsible experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the real estate industry shall be an added advantage.
