Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated individuals for our Management Trainee program. This role is designed to prepare the successful candidate for a leadership position within our organization by providing them with comprehensive training and handson experience across various aspects of our business.


Requirements

Job Profile:

Phase 1: Marketing Management

  • Learn the fundamentals of Advertising Marketing Sales Customer Services and providing Client Services.

Phase 2: Human Resource Development

  • Acquire skills in planning for the future and training & developing individuals.

Phase 3: Human Resource Management

  • Become adept at coaching mentoring motivating a team and maximizing business performance.

Phase 4: Finance & Administration Management

  • Gain knowledge of

  • the essentials of running a business.

Phase 5: Business Management

  • Take charge and run your own Advertising Marketing Company making critical business decisions to guide its growth and profitability.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Immediate Starters Required!
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age between 20 25 years.
  • Total work: 1 year (Preferred but not mandatory).

  • Participate actively in all training programs and assignments.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on project findings and results.

Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
