Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Manager Trainee you will be an integral part of our clientcentric approach assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This training opportunity offers a valuable chance to gain handson experience in relationship management and financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Assist in building and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client information in the database.
- Generate reports and analytics to support relationship management strategies.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Provide insights to the team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior Relationship Managers to learn and contribute to client success.
- Client Events:
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events and engagement activities.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance client experiences.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a clientfacing role.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
