As a Management Accountant reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will seamlessly integrate into your role taking charge of a portfolio of sites with a focus on financial management reporting. Embracing a handson approach youll readily immerse yourself in various tasks with a primary focus on monthly management accounts cash flow management financial reporting and analysis as well as budget development and tracking.

• A passion for numerical accuracy and compliance coupled with the ability to skillfully identify operational efficiencies and key drivers for success within our managed sites.
  
• Minimum of 35 years of accounting experience with a strong preference for professional practice and management accounting expertise.
  
• Recent CA/CPA qualification.
  
• Financial and commercial acumen along with advanced analytical skills.
  
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Proven ability to thrive and excel in a highpaced dynamic environment.
  
• Proactive innovative outcomefocused approach infusing energy into the workplace.
  
• Exceptional communication time management and multitasking skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a highpaced active environment.

Duties/Essential Functions:

• Hit the ground running and lead financial management reporting for a suite of allocated sites.
  
• Roll up your sleeves and engage in various tasks with a primary focus on:

• Financial reporting and analysis
  
• Budget development and tracking
  
• General ledger management
  
• Bank reconciliations
  
• Compliance and statutory payments
  
• Processing creditor invoices and payments
