The role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Managed Database Solution Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in people management technical expertise and experience in developing DatabaseasaService (DBaaS) or any PlatformasaService (PaaS) solutions.

As the team Lead your primary responsibilities will be to manage and grow a team of both developers and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs). You will be responsible for overseeing the design development and delivery of highquality database solutions that meet our clients needs.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

• Proven experience in people management;
• Technical expertise in one of the following DBs: PostgreSQL MySQL or MSSQL;
• Experience in developing DBaaS or any PaaS solutions;
• Handson experience with SRE practices database or linux administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a team of developers and SREs;
• Oversee the design development and delivery of highquality database solutions;
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects and products;
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure crossfunctional integration;
• Continuously improve the quality of database solutions and services.
