Service: Major Incident Manager
Context:
Major Incident Management for platforms infrastructure datacenters and centralized services consumed by the entities.
Services:
Supporting the current team in the coordination of major incidents. In anticipation of organizational changes additional expertise capacity in the team is required.
Deliverables:
Coordinating MIs across technical resources and vendors in day to day business. In addition problem management activities can be required (problem record coordination RCA communication)
Expertise:
English environment;
Expertise on Major Incident Management using standard SM tools (preferably ServiceNow);
Service will require flexible working hours in team rota between 7am and 6pm CET potential on call;
Coordinating crossfunctional teams to resolve MIs within established SLAs.
