As a Maintenance Technician you will play a pivotal role in the daytoday maintenance and seamless operation of the Leisure Centrefacilities. Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager and the sites General Manager you will handle routine and emergency maintenance diagnose faults and ensure all equipment operates safely to meet the high standards our communities deserve. You will be an essential part of the dedication to maintaining excellence in all aspects of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment including boilers filtration plants chemical dosing plants and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in heating and ventilation plants.
• Ensure our swimming pools meet stringent hygiene standards.
• Execute planned maintenance schedules encompassing inspections routine cleaning and remedial work.
• Perform first fixes and repairs for efficient facility operation covering carpentry painting plumbing electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety.
• Collaborate with management teams and the Regional Facilities Manager on issue diagnosis and quote preparation.
• Liaise with attending contractors providing necessary supervision.
• Maintain accurate records including meter readings and inspections using cuttingedge facilities management software.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong understanding of engineering and/or electricalmechanical equipment with the ability to troubleshoot failures.
• Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance and decisive problemsolving skills.
• Familiarity with water hygiene risks and L8 legislation (desirable).
• Effective organization planning and workload prioritization skills.
• Supervisory experience with contractors including permittowork processes (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
