Maintenance Technician

Salary: $48000 $50000/yr

Location: Louisville KY United States

Our client a reputable property management company is seeking multiple skilled and reliable maintenance technicians to join their residential maintenance department. The successful candidates will be responsible for various maintenance and repair duties for the singlefamily homes managed by them.

The ideal candidates will possess excellent repair knowledge strong problemsolving abilities good physical stamina and proficiency in using hardware tools and power equipment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Repairing plumbing electrical and safety systems.
• Performing general building cleaning and maintenance.
• Installing and replacing floors stairs and piping as necessary.
• Maintaining and repairing air conditioning and heating systems.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Problemsolving aptitude.

These are fulltime roles with the working hours from Monday to Friday 8 am5 pm with weekend availability as needed.
