Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance to ensure the facility operates efficiently and safely.

Requirements

Prior Food Manufacturing experience processing baking ingredients flour rice and cereal is highly desirable

Able to supervise and manage site Maintenance Team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects including HVAC electrical and mechanical systems

Prior safety compliance experience LOTO confined space electrical safety dust management and permits

Fabricate or repair equipment as needed

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Proven experience in maintenance management

Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC electrical and mechanical systems

Project management skills to oversee maintenance projects effectively

Have a pragmatic approach to solving problems and able to use root cause analysis

Experience in fabricating or repairing and maintaining equipment

Bachelor s degree in engineering or any technicalrelated similar degree
