Functions

1. Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks as well as providing technical support across all operational phases.
2. Conveying technical information effectively and contributing to productive discussions aimed at improving processes and resolving issues.

Requirements

1. Minimum education:Training beyond high school including either an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or closely related technical field preferred OR a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trade programs military training or other training as applicable.
   
2. Some specific specialties (masters degree/certification):Must be proficient or become proficient in SAP Plant MaintenanceKnowledge and expertise in dealing with hydraulic and pneumatic systems which are crucial components in many manufacturing processes.
   
3. Minimum experience:Experience in electrical safety and lock out tag out processes and proceduresExperience in the operation of PLC systems and control and data collection instrumentation and transducers
4. Valuable:Competent in Windows based software; strong skills in document organization and using document templates and creating simple queriesdemonstrated skills or training in electronic motor drive technologies including servo motors encoders tachometers electronic and mechanical brakes and clutches closed loop systems DC servo AC variable frequency AC servo and stepper systems.
