Magento Solution Architect

• The candidate has to drive strategic growth for the tech team and will be responsible for the technical delivery
  

• The candidate will be responsible to lead & groom technical teams to success. You will also be responsible for transforming the talent within the company to nextgen solutions.
  

• The candidate has to be involved in architecture building operating and optimizing the code and infrastructure.
  

• Ensure that the solutions we deliver are properly architect developed and delivered.
  

• Make strategies and processes for both frontend and backend development.
  

• Involvement in all decisions related to Application architecture component development Development strategies Quality audit and Timely delivery.
  

• Recommend best practices based on experience research frameworks design patterns and visionary thinking.
  

• Able to lead the Development team and Effectively mentor team members to help them unleash their full potential and logical skills.
  

• Candidate has to build and grow a strong engineering team
  

• Create a process and strategy for code reusability
  

• Provide thought leadership as we explore new ways to develop and grow our Cloud Services providing stateoftheart solutions to our customers.
  

• Participate in recruiting (sourcing & interviewing) technical staff.
  

• Responsible for technical staff performance and productivity reviews.
  

Requirements

• Must have Bachelors and Masters degree in IT field.
  

• Handson experience working with or building ecommerce products or platforms will be an added advantage
  

• Experience monitoring and operating a productionlevel service
  

• Experience with agile software development methodologies like Kanban or Scrum
