Shifts for Machine Minder :

• 06:00 to 15:00
• 15:00 to 00:00

Pay Dependent on Experience:

• Inexperienced (Minimum/No Prior Knowledge of Production Machinery) - 23,000, rising to 25,000 in April
• Experienced (Knowledge of Production Machine Operation and Confidence in Individually Running/Fixing Faults) - 25,000, rising to 27,200 in April
• Skilled (Full Knowledge of Machine Operation and Ability to Run More than One Line Simultaneously) - 26,500, rising to 28,700

Main Duties of Machine Minder :

• Overseeing Machine operations, ensuring stable production
• Knowledge of changing machine settings to adapt to current needs
• Basic knowledge of how to fix/maintain upkeep of assigned machinery
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good teamwork
