We are currently searching for a Machine Learning Engineer to join an exceptional company with a robust AI platform regularly updated legal information and a global reach spanning over 70 countries. Their diverse customer base includes legal professionals academics enterprises and governments.

Tasks

• Design and deploy scalable machine learning systems using tools such as VespaAI Python and Java for production environments
• Analyze and translate customer requirements into practical solutions that effectively address their problems
• Utilize extensive datasets encompassing case law legislation regulations journals and news to develop machine learning models
• Collaborate with business leaders engineers and content teams to identify and implement impactful AI products and services
• Establish and maintain rigorous controls including model monitoring testing auditing and other quality measures
• Adhere to best practices in model and data governance as well as ethical and compliance standards

Requirements

• Hold a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Mathematics Physics or a closely related technical field
• Possess 5 years of experience in developing both commercial and researchoriented Machine Learning applications
• Demonstrate expertise in various algorithms including but not limited to classification Natural Language Processing (NLP) and graph neural networks
• Proficient in utilizing Machine Learning platforms such as Vespa TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Capable of translating business requirements into effective Machine Learning solutions
• Skilled in organizing analyzing and visualizing complex datasets
• Fluent in programming languages such as Java and Python with a solid understanding of unit testing
• Knowledgeable about version control systems like Git and Graphite
• Experience working with containerization tools particularly Docker
