• Have a background in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g. Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering, etc)
• Basic understanding of programming and a willingness to learn more.
• The drive to learn new topics and improve existing methods and processes.
• Language Skills: Business Level Japanese or Above
