Machine learning Developer

We are looking for an ambitious AI/ML Software Engineer to join our remote team focused on adopting cuttingedge techniques into production processes and helping Voovio scale according to market demand. As an AI/ML Engineer you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions from concept to production.

Functions

1. Develop integrate and operationalize ML models and algorithms in cloud environment.
2. Optimize model performance to meet production criteria.
3. Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and MLOps practices within the AI team optimizing deployment and scalability.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Mentor and help to grow a team of ML engineers fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience with AI projects.
2. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or other objectoriented programming language.
3. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch TensorFlow etc.).
4. Experience with cloud services like AWS GCP or Azure.
5. Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work on complex ambiguous projects.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7. University degree in Computer Science Information Technology AI or a related field.
8. B2 level of English.
9. Located in Spain.
