Job Summary:

The M&A Investment Banking Vice President is a highimpact role responsible for leading merger and acquisition transactions managing client relationships and overseeing the development and execution of M&A strategies. This position requires a seasoned professional with robust financial expertise leadership skills and a proven track record in deal origination and execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of M&A transactions including both buyside and sellside deals.
  • Develop and nurture seniorlevel client relationships to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of associates and analysts directing their work in financial modeling valuation and market analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of presentation materials for pitches and client meetings.
  • Conduct complex financial analysis and create sophisticated financial models to evaluate deal scenarios.
  • Manage the due diligence process coordinating with clients external advisors and internal teams.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients aligning financial strategies with their longterm goals.
  • Negotiate terms and structures of transactions demonstrating strong dealclosing capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to legal regulatory and ethical standards throughout the transaction process.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events to promote the firms M&A capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 10 years of experience in investment banking specifically in M&A.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing and closing complex transactions.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling corporate finance and valuation techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with financial software tools and MS Office.
