We are looking for a new Analyst or Associate to join our buyside team in London.
Tasks
- Actively identifying and assessing potential target investment companies;
- Conduct thorough research on selected target companies including financial strategic and competitor analysis;
- Analysis preparation and drafting presentations of company profiles market and sector reports information memorandums and transaction documentation;
- Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities;
- Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements;
- Analysis of financial implications of mergers and acquisitions and
- Conduct valuation analysis
Requirements
- An effective team player and highly motivated selfstarter with strong communication skills tenacity and market research skills;
- Excellent interpersonal presentational adaptability and time management skills;
- Strong academics with a completed university degree in fields such as Economics Finance Accounting Business or a science study with financial affinity;
- Previous experience with exposure to transactions from within Corporate Finance Transaction Services Consulting or Private Equity. Operational/inhouse experience will also be considered (minimum 1 year experience);
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting;
- Highly proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
