Jobs Description:
Support the activities of the Central Kitchen production team
Follow production schedules
Handle frying process to serve the fried food
Prepare the work stations
Prepare ingredients for the cooks as well as packaging food products.
Clean and reinstate work stations operate cooking equipment and dispose of waste as per defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Apply food production standards and SOPs related to Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures as well as other SOPs set out by the Quality Assurance Department.
Operate in a setup similar to a food production environment and may be required to work day/night shifts.

Jobs Requirement:
Should have at least Higher Secondary or Diploma Certificate
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Must be able and experienced to handle frying process
Willing and able to work for 6 working days per week
Willing and able to work on weekends/public holidays that include Lunar New Year
