Working Hour: 9am7pm or 8am6pm (Depend on arrangement of management)

Jobs Description:
Responsible for overall performance of assigned kitchens
Oversee preparation and production of food items
Drive food quality assurance and process improvement
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure deliveryontime fulfilment
Manage and uphold serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure & equipment
Manage staff related matters; including staff integration coaching mentoring teamwork grievances and performance management
Participate in cross functional initiatives including automation projects
Jobs Requirement:
Diploma in F&B Management/Operations Culinary Arts or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
Possess basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
Resourceful and innovative
Willing and able to work for 6 working days per week
Willing and able to work on public holidays that include Lunar New Year
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
