  • / (MS teams Exchange SharePoint OneDrive AD Power platform Viva Office365
  • Active Directory Exchange Office365 PowerShell Office365
  • 24 365



:
  • Prior experience with MS Concierge Premier
  • Microsoft

Required Skills:
  • 10 years of experience for technical lead 5 years of experience for TA
  • Excellent customer relations skills via voice/email and chat(Administrator level experience in any Office 365 product such as MS teams Exchange SharePoint OneDrive AD Power platform Viva etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory Exchange email migration hybrid migration Office365 application troubleshooting PowerShell scripting and general Office365 technical support
  • Must be able to work shifts to provide 24/7 customer support
  • Investigation resolution and timely response to questions
  • Stay up to date with the latest product information for all released software configurations
  • Excellent professionalism and communication skills
Welcome skills:
  • Prior experience with MSrelated support project experience (Concierge or Premier preferred)
  • Related Microsoft Certifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English
