Position: M365 Technical Architect

Location : Alameda CA


Job Description :

Primary Skills:

• Design plan estimate and architect M365 configurations workloads settings
• Analysis and Recommendations for best practices
• Proven experience with M365 security and configuration.
• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment including Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Teams and other M365 applications.
• Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements governance endpoint protection
• Authentication methods identity providers like OKTA Conditional Policies Health and Monitoring Managing and configuring Intune Policies and device management best practices
• Experience in Active Directory (AD) Azure AD and identity management services among others network infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services.
• Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services policies procedures and system configurations.
• Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting

Secondary Skills:

• Manage and maintain M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles including firewalls VPNs and network protocols.
• M365 Certifications

Job Description:

• Work closely with customers to demonstrate how their cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology.
• Creating architectural designs based on customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospects cloud adoption needs.
• Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Solution Architects.
• Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team.
• Engage with customer stakeholders and ensure the recommended solutions are understood throughout the firm.
• Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with WinWire Microsoft account teams.
