LVNLPN - Long Term Care

Seasoned Recruitment is currently hiring LVNs/LPNs for longterm care positions. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about providing quality care to patients in a long term care setting.

As an LVN/LPN in longterm care you will be responsible for providing direct patient care administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans while ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of patients.

To be eligible for this position you should have:

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in longterm care or a similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPR certification and other required certifications as mandated by the state
