A Recruiter is responsible for finding screening and hiring candidates for a company. Their duties include sourcing candidates screening resumes and conducting initial interviews and negotiating salaries and benefits with the candidates.


Responsibility

1. Design and update job descriptions.

2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri Indeed Behance and others)

3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

5. Interview candidates (via phone video and inperson).

6. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical language and logical reasoning tests.

7. Advertise job openings on company s careers page social media job boards and internally.

8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

9. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

10. Monitor key HR metrics including timetofill timetohire and source of hire.

11. Participate in job fairs and host inhouse recruitment events.

12. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

13. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Desirable

Knowledge about various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linkedin Naukri Indeed Behance and others).

Comfortable in managing a team.

Demonstrates continued personal/professional development

Active in the Human Resource community.






Requirements

Requirements

Have proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Experience with sourcing techniques.

Understanding of referral programs.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Sound judgment.

MBA in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology or relevant field
