About the role
We are currently looking for Logistic Specialist to join our team based in BYD Germany Office Stuttgart BadenWrttemberg andreporting directly to Logistics Manager/Germany Country Manager. The role will require providing effective communication with all company departments in Europe & Germanywith logistics colleagues from BYD China HQ and external communication with Logistics Service Providersand dealers.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with BYD China HQ to declare shipment status;
- Daily contact with local logistics service partners to follow up on the realtime status of the shipments/transportations;
- Keep track of all the shipments and prepare all necessary documents and payments;
- Participate and assist in setting up BYD logistics supplier list;
- Involved in monthly review meeting with logistics suppliers;
- Deal with the related paperwork for the internal and external purpose;
- Arrange commercial documents (sales invoices etc.) to be delivered to the related parties;
- Update and maintain database of all the import/custom/transportation/distribution documents.
Required skills qualifications and experience:
- Fresh graduate of related study fieldpreferably with related working experience (up to 3 years)
- Bachelors degree and/or Masterin Logistics Supply Chain;
- Proficient Excel user skills;
- You speak English with business fluency and German as good as native speaker.
- Stressresilient with the problemsolving mindset;
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Prove your righttowork in the Germany is essential.
