In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs named Edgard and Cooper pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldnt find this they decided to make their own. Now 6 years later our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for
Joining forces with the Experiential Operations Manager youll be the driving force behind our quest for continuous improvement in warehousing while also playing a crucial role in crafting a clean and lean warehouse vibe. Our main mission To ensure Edgard & Coopers preferred pet meals reach our customers promptly and in style!
What will be in your bowl
- Participate in the improvement of endtoend processes to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery of our goods.
- Optimize warehouse operations.
- Depending on your competences and interests you will get the opportunity to work on operational project(s) and help streamline processes.
- Conduct research and analysis on best practices and propose innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency.
No two days will be the same. We are a fastgrowing company so youll really get the opportunity to work on multiple projects!
What skills & tricks should you bring
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to logistics supply chain management business engineering or a related field
- Resultdriven and eager to learn
- Proactive and selfmotivated able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Eligibility to work in Belgium able to commute to Kuurne & Kortrijk
- You are fluent in English and Dutch basic knowledge of French is a plus
