This is what the position looks like:
As a logistics customer service employee you will prepare transport and customs documents for export and place orders in the ERP system. You also handle the invoicing process. Your focus Flawless administrative processing.
For our German customers you are ready to assist with questions about orders delivery times and invoicing. Planning shipments You do that together with transporters. All while drawing up clear reports for the logistics coordinator. Finally you oversee the logistics process in the Dutch factory with your keen eye for detail.

- The position is for 40 hours a week (36 hours is negotiable).
- Each month you will receive a gross salary between € 3100 and € 4250 (including holiday allowance based on fulltime employment).
- If you incur travel expenses you will be reimbursed € 0.21 cents per kilometre (max. 35 kilometres one way).
- Supplemented by a good pension and discount on your supplementary insurance.

What to bring
- A completed mbo or hbo degree in logistics.
- Very good computer skills and you can work effectively with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- A good command of German and English in word and writing. Dutch is a nice touch.
- As you will occasionally travel to the location in Germany (Hockenheim) you will need a B driving licence. (You will do this once a month or two).
- To make the process better you like to think along with the team. Resourceful innovative and a real handson mentality are qualities that best describe you. You are also customer and solution oriented.
- You enjoy working independently. You are selfmanaging and have a great sense of responsibility.
- You are able to build professional and lasting relationships with stakeholders. You know how to switch well between carriers customs and customers.
