Locum - Physician - Neurosurgery Petoskey MI

Rates to submit:

• Malpractice to be included in rates
• On call daily per 24 hours of call coverage
• Weekend call Saturday & Sunday Per 24 hours of call to include 4 gratis hours
• Call back Per hour of patient call back hours
• Holidays 1.5x
• Conversion rate

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

Reverse Invoicing Provider will use Kronos to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.

All must be notated at time of name clear

• Rates and specific availability MUST be submitted at time of name clear will not be sent over without Required no exceptions
• Board Certified no BE Required
• ACLS Required
• Active MI license (not accepting IMLC) Required no exceptions
• Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) Required
• All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 23 years of experience) Required no exceptions
• Provider MUST perform both spinal and cranial Required
  
• COVID Vaccine Required
