STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Practice Setting: Office/Clinic
- Dates of Coverage: MAY 2024 onward
- Total Number of Beds: 0
- Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 50
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage 2
- Number of Exam Rooms: 8
- Onsite Lab: Yes
- Onsite Ultrasound Yes
- What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 60
- What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 40
- Nursery Level: III
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Millennium and GE Viewpoint
- Trauma Level/Designation: 2
- Board Requirements (Board Certified/Board Eligible): OB/GYN & MFM
- Is Fellowship Required (Please Explain): Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Required Procedures/Skill Sets: Amniocentesis Chorionic Villus Sampling Fetal Echocardiogram Specialized Ultrasound Birth Defects Genetic Disorders PreEclampsia Growth Restriction Multiple Pregnancy Chromosomal Abnormalities Congenital abnormalities Preterm Labor Hypertension and Thrombophilia.
