Requirement description : ***ALL ITEMS MUST BE LISTED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID REDIRECT***
- Board Certified in OBGYN REQUIRED
- Active IA license or IMLC REQUIRED
- ACLS BLS ACOG EFM REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccine REQUIRED
- Provider must be comfortable with procedures listed in attached Practice Description REQUIRED
