CHI Mercy Williston Medical Center is looking for a Pediatric Hospitalist to provide typical pediatric hospitalist care/call coverage!

Bid Due Date: FIRST TO FILL

Dates of Coverage:
ASAP Coverage ongoing

Details:
4a4a On call 24 hour shifts daily round on inpts/admissions from ER.
Setting: Hospital
FTE: As needed to cover gap
Duties: Typical Pediatric Hospitalist Care/Call
Required Procedures: Typical Pediatric Hospitalist Procedures and specifically circumcisions
EMR: Meditech
Support Staff: 1:1
Reason for Coverage: Need additional provider for coverage gaps

Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:

Admissions per day: 4.3
Patients/day: 10.6
Types of cases: Typical
Disclosures that may need to be made: Full disclosure is required for all malpractice cases whether they were reported or not.
CSH history: We would like to know if they have worked for CSH somewhere before.
First day info: This will be sent by Medical Staff Services after everything is finalized. They will also set up orientation via Zoom prior to their first day.

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: Depends on how quickly the completed packets are returned.
Requirements: This is provided in the credentialing packets. (Please see attached document)
Credentialing with other facilities No
Billing enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less: They may at times but the Payer Enrollment wants them to complete the enrollment packet no matter what.
Other Certifications The documents that I attached list all required documents at each step of the privileging process as well as immunizations required.

Travel Preferences:

Preferred Lodging: Hampton Inn (Next to the hospital.)
Air Travel: Yes we have an International Airport

Rates to submit:
Malpractice rates Must be included in the rate.
Orientation (half the hourly rate kicks in after 8 hours) per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
On call (daily) Must include 4 hours gratis Per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis
Call back rate Must match hourly rate per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms
Holiday rates (1.5x the regular rate per CS guidelines)

Requirement description : ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS AT NAME CLEAR TO BE CONSIDERED AND AVOID BEING REDIRECTED!!
Board Certified IM/FM REQUIRED will consider Truly Board Eligible FM/IM (05 years completion of residency)
Active ND license REQUIRED or IMLC with LOQ in hand at time of submission.
BLS PALS NRP REQUIRED
Residency requirements/fellowship in their specialty REQUIRED RESIDENCY in their specific specialty
Must disclose the providers availability (# of shifts per month) at name submission REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/background HIGHLY PREFERRED
Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility REQUIRED
COVID Vaccinated REQUIRED
