Localization General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop new local clientele and supplier resources conduct market research and strategize for the Japanese market.
   
2. Collaborate with domestic sales teams to maintain relationships with existing Japanese clients and provide aftersales support.
   
3. In the long term build a local sales team of 35 members in Japan.

Job Requirements:

1. Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese and either Chinese or English; Japanese must be at a native level.
   
2. Nationality: Preferably Japanese.
   
3. Educational Background: Degree holder bachelor s degree or higher; field of study is not specified.
   
4. Work Experience: At least 35 years of sales experience industry background is flexible.
   
5. Personal Skills: Strong understanding and adaptability quick learning ability; competent in sales techniques and channels; experience in project management; leadership qualities with the willingness and potential to manage a team.
