Litigation Attorney Los Angeles CA or San Diego
Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in Los Angeles CA or San Diego.
This is a fulltime position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have 5 years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced highvolume environment
- Substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience including file responsibility motion practice and deposition experience
- Experience working with ediscovery software
- Exceptional advocacy research writing and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detailoriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $160000 $180000 annually based upon a fulltime work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors including but not limited to employee qualifications relevant experience skill sets training internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
