InfraHire is looking for a Litigation Attorney in San Jose CA.
Job Description:
- Lead legal counsel in various highstakes litigation cases demonstrating expertise and the ability to effectively handle intricate matters.
- Exhibit a robust background as either a first or second chair in trial and arbitration proceedings highlighting your capability to excel in adversarial situations and advocate for clients.
- Directly interact with clients including toplevel executives of the organizations we represent offering deposition preparation counseling and assistance in navigating the implications of ongoing litigation.
- Regularly present and argue dispositive motions demonstrating your proficiency in influencing case outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in all facets of preparing for arbitration bench and jury trials encompassing voir dire witness preparation and postjudgment motion practice.
- Contribute to litigating landmark highstakes cases.

Qualifications:
- Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited law school.
- Currently holds an active license to practice law in the pertinent jurisdiction.
- Boasts a decade of significant experience in the field of litigation.
- Previous experience in trials with a preference for jury trials.
- Demonstrates a proven track record as either a first or second chair in trial and arbitration proceedings.
- Exhibits exceptional litigation skills.
