Line CookChef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to enhance the culinary experience offered to our clientele through a menu of international dishes and specialties crafted by the Executive Chef.

You will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction aiming to build customer loyalty and maintain the gastronomic reputation of our establishment.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to prepare menus
• Ensure proper stock management and procurement
• Prepare daily ingredient mise en place
• Contribute ideas and participate in menu development with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
• Master cooking times and recipes for optimal performance
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with frontofhouse teams
• Supervise commis chefs and demonstrate teamwork

Requirements

• Experience as a Line Cook/Chef de Partie or similar role
• Excellent mastery and knowledge of cooking methods products and equipment
• Passion for gastronomy
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
• Degree from a hospitality or culinary school is a plus
