Job Description: UCC Holdings is seeking a reliable and skilled Light Service Vehicle Driver to join our team in Central London. As a Light Service Vehicle Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials equipment and personnel to project sites and other designated locations. You will represent our company with professionalism and uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate light service vehicles to transport materials equipment and personnel to and from project sites suppliers and other designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
• Conduct pretrip and posttrip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed ensuring proper securing and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles ensuring they are presentable and wellmaintained at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely and efficient transportation logistics.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage fuel consumption and maintenance activities.
• Represent UCC Holdings professionally when interacting with clients suppliers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a light service vehicle driver in the central London Area
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to operate light service vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
