Work Setting: Inperson Office

Required Qualifications:

• Licensure: LMFT LMHC LMSW or LCSW
• Education: Degree in Social Work or related field
• Experience: Relevant experience in social work particularly with adult populations

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to individuals and families in need
• Conduct assessments; develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with professionals to coordinate client care
• Assist with medical documentation and recordkeeping
• Conduct crisis intervention; provide emergency support
• Utilize behavior analysis techniques for behavioral challenges
• Facilitate group therapy sessions

Skills:

• Proficiency in social work principles practices and medical documentation
• Experience with autism developmental disabilities mental health counseling
• Crisis intervention applied behavior analysis group therapy facilitation
• Child and family counseling
• Strong research communication problemsolving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
