LGSamsung TV Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LG/Samsung TV Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LG and Samsung smart TV ecosystems including their operating systems (WebOS and Tizen OS) webbased application architecture and the unique challenges and opportunities these platforms offer.

Qualifications:

1. Operating Systems Expertise:
WebOS and Tizen OS expertise is required.

2. WebBased Application Architecture:
Experience with webbased application architecture particularly using ReactJS.

3. Software/Hardware Debugging and Issue Solving:
Debugging and issue resolution for LG/Samsung TV software and hardware.
Expertise in handling video player issues (such as shaka player) remotes hardware/software playback sound management video player buffering iframe track FF/REV performance optimization and security.

4. TV OS Specifics
Understanding of LG/Samsung TV operating system specifics including features like continue watching recommendations swimlanes and other OSspecific functionalities.
Knowledge of inapp purchases within the TV environment.

5. Packaging Applications:
Ability to package LG/Samsung applications for deployment.

6. Application Verification Process:
Understanding the verification process for LG/Samsung applications possibly including the process for getting apps approved in LG/Samsung shops.
