Description of responsibilities:
Description of responsibilities:
- Maintenance and support of traditional onpremises infrastructure and Microsoft 365/Azure/Private cloud environments.
- Ensure integrity reliability and availability of customer business systems.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure Google Cloud or AWS and hybrid onprem environments. (Ideal)
- Familiarity with Nable Ncentral administration.
- Service desk support at an escalation point.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of endpoint protection
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Servers/Desktop OS
- Strong knowledge of Hypervisors (Vmware a MUST)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
- Experience with Cloudflare products
- Experience with an RMM product (Nable NCentralis highly desirable)
- Experience with a ticketing system (HaloPSA is highly desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desk (AVD) or other VDI products (highly desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Teams Phone System (highly desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (highly desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM products (highly desirable)
- Experience with project management and delivery
- Experience with router/firewall administration
- Experience with network administration
Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Php 90000
- Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation: a. 10 days annual leave credits b. 5 days of sick leave
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days
- Annual Appraisal
- Laptop provided after 30 days
- Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
- SHIFT TIME: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
