Leisure Travel Training Facilitator - Systems Product

The Leisure Travel Training Facilitator Systems & Product will be responsible for providing training and facilitation for travel industry professionals in the Systems & Product domain. They will be focusing on training related to leisure travel travel reservations and GDS booking systems. The facilitator should have a good understanding of travel industry systems and be able to effectively train others on their usage.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs on travel reservations GDS booking systems and leisure travel
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops for travel industry professionals
• Assess and evaluate the training needs of individuals and organizations
• Create and develop training materials modules and presentations
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in training and facilitation
• Knowledge of travel industry systems and processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals
• Proficient in the use of GDS booking systems like WETU and Tourplan

Desired Experience:

• 35 years of experience in the travel industry
• Experience in training related to travel reservations and leisure travel
• Familiarity with the South African travel market
