Position Legal Manager
Act as a liaison between the company and external legal counsels
Collaborate with internal departments ensuring that the company s legal requirements are met
Drafting and vetting various types of Agreements Legal Notices MOUs NDAs and Apply for various business licenses registration of trademarks terms and conditions for ECommerce Platforms and Websites
Conduct extensive legal research and handle compliances
Consult the company on compliance and legal issues buy conducting due diligence
Formulating finalizing executing and registering various legal aspects
Represent company before court and/or government personnels
Interaction and Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities like Collector MHADA SRAMCGM Revenue Authorities Tahsildar Talathi TILR DILR Collector of Stamp Special Land Acquisition Officer
Ensure the submission of all relevant documents and follows up with the various Government/Regulatory departments
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.
