Requirements:
- Final year Law student in an accredited Law school r recently graduated Law student;
- Indepth knowledge of corporate law contract law international law and regulatory compliance;
- Knowledge of financial and payment services will be considered as an advantage;
- High proficiency in English;
- Proactive and detailoriented;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex legal issues;
- Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
About the position:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics;
- Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts statements and briefs;
- Provide administrative support to the legal team;
- Provide support to the legal team in the process of preparation and document review;
- Attend meetings and take notes ensuring accuracy and thoroughness;
- Assist in maintaining legal databases and organizing the work flow;
- Collaborate with team members and the other departments of the company on special projects and initiatives;
- Performs other specifically assigned tasks related to the competencies and position;
- Comply with all internal labor regulations and all other administrative regulations in the performance of official duties including the confidentiality rules of the company.
