Job Description

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

Drafting and vetting of written statements, miscellaneous applications & replies filed in Courts, legal notices & opinions

Working closely with Finance and compliance team in various work related to compliance and Audit

Maintain and update legal documentation and records

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance

Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations

Assist in legal due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.

Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
